Shift Manager - Arby's at Arby's - Third Horizon Foods Inc – Fogelsville, Pennsylvania

Our Arby's Shift Managers are in the meat pit, operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help support the Arby's General Manager and Arby's Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help Arby's team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

Arby's Shift Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksApplicants should have experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.Has demonstrated proficiency as a Team Leader.Follows our CORE VALUES as stated in our Employee Handbook.Can open/close the store in the absence of an Assistant Manager.Understands and can complete all paperwork pertaining to the open/close of the unit in a timely manner. Uses check lists as provided by the brand.Is able to verify cash tills and make a deposit of the sums.Attends weekly manager meetings.Responsibilities:

Arby's Shift Managers will be primary support to the Arby's general manager.Shift Managers ensure all aspects of the operation are running smoothly.This includes service, food safety, and cost controls during their shifts.Shift Managers supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and comply with all labor laws.
