We’re expanding our in-house therapy program and launching new outpatient services—and we’re looking for a passionate PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help us enhance the lives of our residents.

• In-house therapy program

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and familiarity with geriatric care
• Knowledge of HIPAA and therapy documentation standards
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
