• Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve complaints and effectively manage customer conflicts to achieve positive outcomes.
• Document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems and ensure follow-up as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services to address customer needs efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools while managing customer calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting customer interactions.
• A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customer issues, ensuring a friendly service atmosphere.
