Production Associate - Day Shift (Weekends Off) at The Cary Company – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

The Cary Company is hiring a Production Associate to join our Pittsburgh operation. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows procedures, and helps set a positive example on the floor. This is a hands‑on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and room to grow.

• Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
• Palletizing product and using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following safety procedures and standard work — no shortcuts
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly

• Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
• Works safely and follows procedures without cutting corners
• Takes ownership of their work and equipment
• Communicates issues early and helps solve problems
• Contributes to a positive, respectful team environment

• Reliable, consistent work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take feedback to improve performance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team‑oriented with clear communication skills
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train)
