Pay: $20-$24/hour (based on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
The Cary Company is hiring a Production Associate to join our Pittsburgh operation. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows procedures, and helps set a positive example on the floor. This is a hands‑on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing- Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
- Palletizing product and using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Following safety procedures and standard work — no shortcuts
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
- Working on your feet in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
- Works safely and follows procedures without cutting corners
- Takes ownership of their work and equipment
- Communicates issues early and helps solve problems
- Contributes to a positive, respectful team environment
- Reliable, consistent work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take feedback to improve performance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team‑oriented with clear communication skills
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train)
