We’re looking for a Project Manager located in California (remote) to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and keep our innovation pipeline flowing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Go-To-Market calendar rollout and timeline management
• Run weekly/monthly GTM meetings to align stakeholders
• Collaborate with founders to map and communicate key projects
• Develop project management standards across departments
• Manage timelines for retailer launches and artwork delivery
• Track and report on project KPIs
• Support operations and innovation across the company
• Some travel to the office in Carlsbad, CA

What You Bring

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
