The Opportunity

We are in need of a real go-getter who can make an immediate impact on our Property Management division! As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will work on a team that manages a portfolio of approx. 300+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in San Antonio and surrounding areas. In this role, you will travel to properties to perform inspections, coordinate maintenance repairs and oversee large renovations, hold vendors accountable, and protect the investment of our landlords.

Annual Salary| $60,000 - $70,000
