Lake Air Products is seeking an Account Support Supervisor to lead our Account Support Planning team and ensure smooth management of all sales orders—from entry through delivery. This position plays a key role in supporting Account Managers, coordinating communication with customers, and driving operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team handling order entry, scheduling, and customer communication.
• Oversee order accuracy, progress tracking, and timely delivery updates.
• Resolve customer issues and RMAs quickly and effectively.
• Develop and track team KPIs and continuous improvement goals.
• Maintain clear, accurate processes and training documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, completing order acknowledgments, changes, and revisions promptly.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to set realistic expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and job scheduling.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or customer support setting.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
