MRI Technologist

Independently or under the direction of a Radiologist, performs MRI procedures and patient care, requiring independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative for obtaining a diagnosis. Has responsibility for routine MRI imaging and other procedures requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology with independent selection and modification of technical factors to produce optimum MRI scans, while keeping patient welfare, confidentiality and comfort a top priority.

Graduate of a recognized program in radiologic technology.
