Job Responsibilities

• Following meat-cutting specs
• Properly jaccarding
• Following proper storage procedures
• Being able to use, disassemble, and clean equipment
• Tracking yields
• Setting up the display case
• Keeping the meat room clean and organized
• Being a team player
