Summary

We are seeking a seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our dealership’s service department. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in the automotive industry who can manage daily operations, motivate a team, and ensure exceptional service for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the import service department
• Lead, train, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure a premium customer experience and maintain high CSI scores
• Monitor department KPIs including labor sales, efficiency, and repair order counts
• Oversee warranty submissions, parts coordination, and quality control
• Maintain manufacturer compliance and uphold dealership policies
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Work closely with parts and sales departments for seamless service flow

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in service management or advisor leadership
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Experience with dealership software preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
