Licensed Practical Nurse II at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Willis Knighton Health System is seeking an LPN to work in a fast-paced family practice. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking and organization skills, attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, possess excellent communication skills, have solid knowledge of computers and have the initiative to work independently. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with physicians, managers, nursing and clerical staff as an integral component, assisting with daily operations of the clinic. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, giving excellent customer service, filing, data entry , the ability to perform EKGs, taking vital signs, answering/returning phone calls, refills and scheduling tests and procedures as ordered. Hospital and departmental orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring as training in the enterprise hospital system. You will be required to work from Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00pm.
