Charter Bus Driver at Sewickley Academy – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Sewickley Academy is looking for a part-time Charter Bus Driver to transport students to and from athletic events, including away games, tournaments, and field trips. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, punctuality, and professionalism, ensuring that student-athletes are safely and comfortably transported to their events. This position requires flexibility, excellent driving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with students, coaches, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to athletic events, including away games and tournaments.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus, ensuring it is ready for use before and after each trip.
• Assist students with boarding and disembarking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and transportation laws.
• Monitor student behavior during transit to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including miles driven and hours worked.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (P)
• Clean driving record
• Proven work experience as a School Bus Driver or similar role
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on athletic event schedules
