What Youll Do
- Prospect and close new business within retail, CPG, and fixture sectors.
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and industry expertise.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategic growth plans and hit aggressive sales targets.
- Represent A1 Merchandising Group at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.

- A proven hunter with a track record of exceeding sales goals and winning new business.
- Confident, polished, and persuasive with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in retail, merchandising, display, or CPG industries.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based success.
- A relationship-builder who turns one deal into many through trust and delivery.
