The Dealership Service Porter plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the dealership by managing vehicle movement, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles, and ensuring the lot is organized and presentable. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Movement:

• Move vehicles to and from the service area.
• Park vehicles in designated areas and ensure that the lot is neat, organized, and properly maintained.

2. Customer Service Assistance:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them by directing them to the appropriate areas.

3. Lot Management:

• Monitor the cleanliness of the dealership lot, including picking up trash and organizing signage and promotional materials.

4. General Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including assisting with special events or vehicle deliveries.

Work Environment

• Primarily outdoors with exposure to weather conditions.
• Fast-paced, requiring the ability to adapt and perform duties efficiently in changing environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• **Ability to Drive a Variety of Vehicles:**
• Good Physical Condition: Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Professional in appearance and demeanor

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Valet parking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driving: 1 year (Required)
