NeoGenomics (NeoGenomics.com) is seeking a Board-Certified AP/CP Pathologist with Breast Fellowship training to join our hospital-based pathology team at Lee Health Medical System in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in a growing, high-impact breast pathology service within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
You will join a collegial, multispecialty team of NeoGenomics pathologists supporting four acute care hospitals, a children’s hospital, and two outpatient surgery centers. Lee Health’s NAPBC-accredited breast program is a key component of its rapidly expanding oncology services, offering a robust and diverse case mix. The selected candidate will lead breast pathology efforts and work closely with breast surgeons, medical oncologists, and a dedicated multidisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient care.
We are seeking a physician who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and values strong communication across clinical and laboratory teams. This role offers both leadership responsibility and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a comprehensive breast care program.

About the Role:
