What the role is about:

The Supply Chain Manager oversees execution of all supply chain functions across our Otsego and Elk River facilities, including inventory management, audits, production and material resource planning, warehouse oversight, distribution and logistics, and ERP/data governance. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this hands-on, execution-driven role ensures inventory accuracy, reliable material flow, and efficient distribution to retail and wholesale channels, with an emphasis on building processes, advanced Excel modeling and analysis, supporting ERP implementation, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What impact you’ll make:

  • Own inventory management at both manufacturing sites, ensuring accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations

  • Oversee warehouse operations, pick-and-pack teams, and material handling functions

  • Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain consistent inventory control, product traceability, and accurate inventory conversions in the state-mandated seed-to-sale system

  • Support supply chain, production, and Material Resource Planning (MRP) to align manufacturing capacity with retail and wholesale demand, ensure efficient procurement and usage of raw materials, and meet production targets

  • Manage outbound logistics from manufacturing sites to retail stores, wholesale partners, and distribution hubs, optimizing routes, schedules, and transportation methods to reduce cost

  • Collaborate with compliance and security teams to uphold all regulatory requirements for product movement

  • Support ERP implementation as the supply chain subject matter expert for manufacturing and warehouse modules, and establish data governance standards for inventory, materials, and allocations across both sites

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide visibility into supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, fulfillment accuracy, and lead times

  • Serve as the team’s Excel expert, building and maintaining complex workbooks and models for inventory tracking, MRP, and logistics planning, keeping models accurate, well-documented, and easy for cross-functional teams to use

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, inventory, and logistics workflows by identifying bottlenecks, recommending process changes, and measuring impact on efficiency and cost, in close alignment with Manufacturing, Finance, and Retail Operations

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing operations (regulated industry preferred)

  • Hands-on experience managing multi-site inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and MRP processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and enforce data-driven processes

  • Expert-level Excel skills (required), with a proven track record of building and maintaining complex, multi-tab workbooks and models, including XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, advanced formulas, and data validation

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated goods is a plus

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

How success will be measured:

  • High accuracy and reliability of inventory at both manufacturing sites

  • On-time, compliant distribution of products to retail and wholesale channels

  • ERP adoption and improved visibility into inventory and material flows

  • Accurate, well-structured Excel workbooks and models that teams trust and rely on for planning and decision-making

  • Continuous improvement outcomes, including reduced lead times, optimized inventory turns, and increased order accuracy

  • Positive feedback from retail, manufacturing, and finance teams on supply chain reliability and support

What we offer:
