Sales Associate in Spring, Texas at Doglab TX LLC
Job Description
You sit at the kitchen table with the whole family, read the dog, and earn the yes.
Dog Lab Texas sells guaranteed results in hunting, obedience, and protection training. Our reps don't push packages. They visit families in their homes, assess the dog, set honest expectations, answer every decision-maker's concerns, and close. You generate leads, recommend the program that fits the dog, and close them with the right package, not the one with the highest price. That's how we earn referrals instead of refunds.
What you'll own
- A personal monthly revenue target and accountability for consistent achievement
- Building your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, events, and community relationships, and responding fast to assigned leads
- Qualifying prospects and confirming every household decision-maker will be there before an evaluation
- In-home evaluations: assessing the dog and setting realistic training outcomes
- Escalating aggression history or severe reactivity to a Trainer or your manager before making any commitment
- Explaining structure, timeline, investment, and the owner's responsibilities plainly, then asking for the commitment and following up
- Setting expectations Operations can deliver, and transfer complete, accurate client and dog information at handoff
- Maintaining current CRM records and report pipeline activity and forecast to the Client Care / Sales Manager
- Asking for referrals and reviews from happy clients
What we offer you
- A strong compensation program with uncapped commission
- A product that's easy to believe in, backed by a real guarantee
- Sales training and coaching from leaders who invest in your development
- Direct recognition for results, and a documented path from field sales into sales leadership
- A brand with a strong reputation across Texas hunting, sporting, and protection circles
