  • Collaborate with the Child and Family Team (CFT), assigned Wraparound Clinician, and other service providers.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and participate in CFT meetings, case conferences, training, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Psychology, child development, social work, or related field preferred: equivalent experience considered.
  • 4+ years of experience working with children, youth, and families, preferably in Wraparound or behavioral health.
  • Experience working with or navigating child-serving systems, child welfare, juvenile probation, behavioral health or other related fields.
  • Understanding trauma-informed care, attachment-focused practice, and family-centered support.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and caregiver coaching skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience building supportive mentorship with adolescent boys and youth navigating behavioral health challenges, regulation difficulties, or other complex needs.
  • Knowledge of wraparound principles, adoption competency, TBRI, and the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA).
