Transfer Driver in Lake Buena Vista, Florida at RESORT PORTER LLC

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Transfer Driver to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting luggage between resort locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely transport luggage from guest rooms, storage areas, and storage areas using resort vehicles.
• Load, unload, and deliver luggage according to designated schedules.
• Confirm the accuracy of luggage tags and guest details to ensure correct delivery.
• Report daily delivery status, delays, issues, or damaged luggage to dispatchers and management.
• Operate resort vehicles safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and report any concerns to management.
• Keep vehicles, ramp areas and line equipment clean and orderly.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure guest and personal safety.
• Uphold Disney’s brand standards, values, and image at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating cargo vans or box truck.
• Previous experience in luggage services or hospitality a plus.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including AM shifts, PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Standing, sitting, walking, repetitive movement, lifting of heavy items (up to 70 pounds).
