Residential Insurance Reconstruction Project Manager up to 125k at IKON BUILDERS, INC. – San Juan Capistrano, California

We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in residential remodel and/or insurance reconstruction work. With 50+ employees we cover mainly Orange County and some parts of LA, Riverside, and N. San Diego counties.

A successful candidate with have the following:

Experience in residential construction trades.

Excellent customer service and experience dealing with homeowners.

Attention to detail in both trade work and paperwork.

Superior communication skills.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Self motivated.

The following are a bonus but not required:

-Experience in the insurance industry.

-Speaks Spanish(not required)

-Xactimate experience.

-List of qualified subcontractors to supplement existing resources.

Pay: Salary depending on experience plus commissions based upon the profitability of the job can earn you up to 125k .

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year + Commission
