Job Description:
  • Experience as a Close to Report (C2R) work stream lead required for Aviation Airframe Manufacturer level and experience as C2R Team member for Senior Consultant and Consultant levels is required.
  • Close-to-Report (C2R) covers the financial and management accounting process, which involves collecting, processing and delivering timely and accurate information used for internal and external reporting.
  • C2R also covers the steps of preparing, consolidating and reporting the overall accounts stored in a general ledger as part of the financial close process needed to meet compliance and stakeholder requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
  • A minimum of ten (10) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process Aviation, Aerospace & Defense experience
  • S/4HANA Certification in area of SME. 1809 experience or higher.
  • Big 4 experience with IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC or other large CSI
  • Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA
  • Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global design is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
  • Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project)
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs
  • Willingness to travel 80% on a weekly basis to client locations
