Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – 3-Day Workweek! (Thursday-Saturday Nights)
Location: Womelsdorf/Bethel, PA (Berks County)
Shift: 12-hour shifts (7p-7a) | Thursday, Friday, Saturday Nights

What You’ll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing preventative maintenance on engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records and working closely with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing tools, parts, and inventory to maintain efficiency and safety.
  • Working hands-on in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with frying equipment and high-temperature oils.
  • Adhering to safety protocols, food safety requirements, and company policies.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience in industrial maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, or a mechanical background.
  • Technical knowledge of machinery, power tools, and safety best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
