Large Volume Grill Specialist/Kitchen Prep at Nelson's Catering, Inc. – Springfield, Illinois

We are currently accepting applications for production team member @ Nelson's Catering in Springfield, IL We are excited to offer a full time position for top quality candidate(s).

Requirements:

Cross trained utility player, will float as needed. Candidate will be cross trained to utilize charcoal rotisserie style grill/kitchen prep/cook. Outdoor port a pit charcoal grill shifts are required. Handle over time as needed. Must have excellent positive attitude, proven attention to detail, willingness to learn and follow company recipes every single day.

Valid Drivers License

Serve Safe or Managers Certificate

Two years experience in high volume kitchen prep and cooking (we will contact references and verify)
