Line Cook in Tulsa, Oklahoma at SUMMIT CORPORATION

The Summit Club is looking for outgoing and dedicated individuals who enjoy working in the hospitality industry, with excellent people skills, an aptitude to go above and beyond what is asked of them, and an all-around personable attitude. The Summit provides Event Catering, Bar Service, Casual Dining, and Fine Dining.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Food preparation including cleaning and processing of ingredients, recipe building, firing entrees, desserts, and appetizers from scratch. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen station
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
• Must have a current Food Handlers Certification (Required)

Job Types: Part-Time to Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, some Sundays required.
• Holidays required
• Day shift & Night shift
