Inventory Control Clerk/Coordinator at Westchester Plastics LLC – Nesquehoning, PA, Pennsylvania

Westchester Plastics LLC. in Nesquehoning, PA is hiring for an Inventory Control Clerk/Coordinator. We are in search of a candidate with a strong knowledge of MRP systems, computers, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze problems, collect, and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

This is a full-time on-site position.

1. Prepare manufacturing orders.

2. Assure that sufficient quantities of required raw materials are available for each production run, based on formula supplied by customers.

3. Maintain computer records of materials- - both raw and finished.

4. Communicate with customer representatives to receive customer requirements and to coordinate receipt of necessary raw materials and packaging supplies.

5. Communicate inventory and production needs with warehouse.

6. Generate Picking List for each job and route it to the warehouse.

7. Calculate production yields.

8. Coordinate shipping releases with both customers and warehouse.

9. When required by customer, order raw materials from suppliers.

10. Notify customers of raw materials they must order.

11. Trained to use customer supplied computer systems, if required.

12. Responsible for overall inventory accuracy.

13. Responsible for physical audits of customer materials.

14. Responsible for entering and verifying correct customer order information on all customer orders.
