Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious HVAC Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and a strong commitment to our core values of integrity and excellence. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC systems, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with routine maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, supporting optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, helping provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Aid in the installation of new commercial HVAC systems, following manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Conduct basic inspections of HVAC components to identify potential issues and assist with necessary repairs.
  • Respond to emergency service calls alongside the team, ensuring prompt support to minimize system downtime.
  • Keep organized records of maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers under supervision, assisting with explanations of work performed and recommendations.
  • Work closely with team members to support the efficient completion of projects.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
