About This Position
401GO is a rapid growth fintech start-up with a relentless focus on helping hard-working Americans prepare for retirement. We've built the world's most advanced and fully automated retirement platform and need a Client Success Manager to help assist with small business and financial advisor clients.
We're looking for someone that has experience with working with their own clients and being the primary point of contact. You must have strong communication skills, be self-driven, focused, and strong on customer service. If you're good with "winging it" and don't pay attention, then this is not for you. You will need to have these skills and experience:
- People person: You will work with our client success team and providing expertise and guidance to customers either through that team or in joint discussions.
- System savvy: We want someone that can navigate new systems, learning quickly, as well as learning how to use those systems to the best of their abilities.
- Efficient mind-set: Look for ways to do things better and faster without sacrificing quality.
- Problem-solver: Although we have amazing technology, you will need to work just as amazingly as the technology.
- Team focused: We are all focused on doing our best and determined to see the success of 401GO and growing as individuals. We want this opportunity to build you and those around you. This is not something you will do alone, and you should be someone that relies on your team, while your team can rely on you.
- Responsiveness: We added the "ness" to make sure you knew it was more than just responding. We expect you to be responsive and professional about your communications to those internally as well as externally.
- Computer savvy is not a trendy thing. We know what it means to be able to navigate your way through systems, and we need and expect that of our employees. No faxes around here! Maybe FAQs, but not on paper.
- 4+ years of experience in client management
- Strong time management experience
- Proven experience in helping others around you and building up co-workers and clients
- 3+ years experience in team environments

- GTD experience
