We’re looking for a caring, motivated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, one-on-one home health care to clients throughout Washington, D.C. You’ll work independently while staying connected to a collaborative and encouraging team.

• Evaluate patient needs and create personalized therapy plans

• Provide effective, hands-on physical therapy in the home

• Educate and support patients and their families

• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• DPT or MPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Physical Therapy license in D.C.

• CPR/BLS Certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Commitment to quality, empathy, and professional integrity

• Home health experience is appreciated — but we’re happy to train the right fit
