Bumble Bee Plumbing is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Sewer & Drain Manager to take charge of our growing sewer and drain division. If you're a proven leader with a strong sales background in sewer and drain services, this is your chance to make a real impact! We need a hands-on expert who can motivate a team, ensure top-tier service, and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE) +Monthly Performance-Based Bonuses

6:30am start to set up day and daily reporting

Rotating Saturday manager on duty

Your Mission:

· Lead, train, and mentor our sewer and drain team to achieve operational excellence.
· Host weekly drain meetings to set goals, track progress, and tackle challenges.

· Ride along with technicians
· Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with camera and drain technicians to drive performance and skill development.

· Attend weekly manager meetings

· Work closely with dispatch team to ensure right tech right job

· Drive sales and KPI’s

· Be available for technicians at any time needed

· Manage scheduling and coordination of all sewers and drain services to ensure efficiency and top-quality service

· Oversee and participate in diagnostics and repairs of sewer and drain systems.

· Ensure full compliance with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.

· Keep inventory stocked with the right tools, equipment, and materials for seamless job execution.
· Deliver exceptional customer service—from initial inquiry to job completion.
· Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and business growth.
· Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Hive:

? 5+ years of experience in sewer and drain services or a related plumbing role.
? Proven sales expertise in sewer and drain services, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
? Leadership experience—you know how to inspire, train, and hold a team accountable.
? Deep knowledge of sewer and drain systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
? Familiarity with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and best safety practices.
? Strong organizational and communication skills—you can manage multiple priorities with ease.
? Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
