Class Instructor at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Willis-Knighton is seeking a Class Instructor to teach classes including Water Aerobics and Group Exercise Classes. The candidate must be a Certified Group Exercise Instructor or have a Certification from a nationally recognized Aerobic Organization such as AFAA, NASM, or SCW. The Candidate must also have a current CPR Certification. Class instructors will need to be able to design exercise routines and workouts to suit all ages and abilities, chose appropriate music at the correct BPM of classes, and stay up to date with their Exercise and CPR Certifications. The instructor needs to demonstrate appropriate verbal or visual cues when needed and use correct form during classes. Needs to be able to access members and determine their individual needs for classes. The Candidate will be required to attend a hospital wide Orientation upon hire.
