Compensation OverviewYour earnings are directly tied to your portable business and revenue generation. On average, Partners earn between $500K – $1.5M+ annually, based on:💼 Portable Business: Minimum $2M annually from existing clients.⏳ Billable Hours: 2,000 hours annually at $1,000/hour, generating an additional $2M in revenue.💰 Total Estimated Earnings: $1M – $1.6M+, with unlimited potential for those exceeding benchmarks.
Key Qualifications✔️ Senior-level attorney with portable business of at least $2M annually.✔️ Ability to command $1,000+ hourly billing rates (aligned with the firm’s premium pricing model).✔️ Proven expertise and reputation in one or more of the listed practice areas.✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of expanding client relationships and driving business growth.✔️ Leadership capabilities and a commitment to contributing to the firm’s strategic expansion.
