VP, Global Business Development | Cornerstone Relocation Group
We’re not looking for a salesperson. We’re looking for a builder.

Drive Growth
- Identify and win high-value opportunities across global markets
- Execute strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth
- Lead complex RFPs and presentations with confidence
Build Relationships
- Engage Fortune 500 and Global 2000 leaders
- Position yourself as a strategic advisor ~ not a vendor
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments
Sell with Insight
- Translate client challenges into tailored mobility strategies
- Bring a consultative, insight-led approach
- Help clients make better ~ not just faster ~ decisions
Work as One Team
- Partner across Client Relations, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management (HubSpot)
Compensation & Benefits
Cornerstone offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based incentives, 401K match and comprehensive benefits. We are committed to equity, transparency, and supporting your success - professionally and personally. Base salary range: $120,000–$150,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commissions.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 5+ years in relocation, global mobility, or complex B2B sales
- Proven success winning enterprise-level business
- Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- A consultative, thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset

- Travel: Up to 50% (U.S. + global)
- Location: Flexible (Midwest preferred)
- Compensation: Competitive + performance-based
