SALES ASSOCIATE FLEET at MCCURLEY DEALERSHIPS – Pasco, Washington

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To build mutually beneficial relationships with business owners and operators
• To expand sales and services of existing fleet, commercial and retail accounts in the area
• Relationship Building/Account Management for new customers and existing customers. Actively build relationships with customers and prospects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive sales experience is helpful
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer & phone skills
• Strong work ethic
• Bilingual
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

As a sales associate, the candidate will assist customers with purchasing or leasing a new or used vehicle in accordance with dealership policies, state and federal laws. This position has a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the car buying process. This position will be based out of Spokane, WA. Candidates must be self-reliant and able to work with management remotely.

This position is paid based on individual performance. Pay ranges from $ 50,000.00 to 250,000.00 annually.
