VP of Product at Notable Systems Inc – Remote

Company Summary: We are a rapidly growing, fully remote Intelligent Document Processing company that drives unmatched efficiency in the medical equipment, healthcare, and financial services industries. While we currently focus primarily on the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industry, we are exploring and developing additional applications of our solutions to broader problems within healthcare, finance, and beyond.

Position Summary: The VP of Product will be the strategic force behind our product evolution, bridging business objectives with market needs and technical possibilities. This multifaceted role requires someone who can operate effectively across departments, influence diverse leadership personalities, and translate complex requirements into clear product vision. The VP of Product will influence the full product lifecycle from conception through delivery, balancing enhancement of existing solutions with development of new market offerings.

Job Duties:

Strategic Product Leadership

• Drive product strategy that aligns with company vision, market opportunities, and financial objectives

• Translate complex market problems into compelling product solutions with demonstrable ROI

• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term vision

• Create business cases for new product initiatives, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and revenue projections

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Navigate effectively between different leadership styles to build consensus on product direction

• Advocate for customer needs while balancing technical constraints and business requirements

• Articulate product vision in ways that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences

• Present confidently to current and prospective customers, gathering insights while representing our capabilities

Requirements Definition & Product Development

• Author detailed product requirements documents with appropriate level of technical specificity

• Establish product success metrics and track progress toward goals

• Adapt development approach to Engineering team preferences while ensuring quality outcomes

Market & Customer Intelligence

• Conduct customer interviews and analysis to identify unmet needs and validate product concepts

• Stay current on healthcare technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements

• Build relationships with key customers to establish product champions and reference accounts

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work with Marketing to develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies

• Partner with Finance to develop pricing models and ensure product profitability

• Guide implementation and support teams to ensure successful adoption of new products

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience

• Proven track record of successfully bringing complex B2B products to market

• Strong business acumen with ability to translate market needs into viable product offerings

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders

• Adaptable leadership style effective with various work methodologies beyond traditional Agile

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing or developing products that leverage LLMs, AI, or machine learning technologies

• Experience with document processing technologies, healthcare workflows, or reimbursement systems

• Degree in relevant field, e.g. business, computer science, healthcare administration
