About the Role:

Join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Air Force Academy/ North, Colorado Springs, where the role of Guest Services Representative plays a crucial part in delivering a memorable and positive experience for every guest. You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing essential information about the hotel and local area. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, ensuring coverage during peak guest times.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a friendly, professional atmosphere.
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and manage reservations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with a dedication to resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest areas are clean and well-maintained.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and meet their needs.
  • Problem-solving abilities for resolving guest concerns and delivering satisfactory solutions.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in managing reservations and fulfilling guest requests.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred, but training is available.
