About This Position
Objective:
Under the leadership of the manufacturing engineer, provide service and support to both internal and external customers, maintain records, participate in manufacturing development and validation processes and perform other related work as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• Working towards a degree in design, engineering, or technology. Junior or Senior candidates will be given preference.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the manufacturing engineer team with the following tasks:
• Work with manufacturing engineering in developing work instructions for all equipment in manufacturing
• Enter BOM's and routers and updates into operating system
• Data entering
• Work with manufacturing engineering on problematic fixtures and gauges.
• Assist model shop personnel with Gauges and fixture repairs
• Develop and run reports that support the manufacturing process
• Work on engineering projects to assist in the development and refinement of manufacturing projects
• Conduct research projects utilizing the internet to assist in the development and of manufacturing projects
• Track and manage development of new products
• Manage product changes and associated data (in conjunction with ECN processes)
• Engineering support documentation as required by the ECN process
• Creation, review and approval of designs, technical drawings, and related documentation
