TITLE: FSP Therapist
FLSA: Exempt
SALARY& BENEFITS: $73,388 + $1,500 for bilingual Spanish/English speaking candidates (additional add-ons for licensure status)

POSITION SUMMARY
The FSP Therapist will utilize independent judgment and expertise to provide mental health services that include psycho-diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, rehabilitative and case management services. The FSP Therapist will collaborate with the assigned team (which may include Case Manager and/or a Psychiatrist) to ensure their client receives appropriate mental health services. The FSP Therapist will respond to client's crisis and collaborate with their team, manager, LPS and Director to de-escalate client's crisis. Therapists are expected to see their clients in the community, in their homes or in the office to ensure continuity of mental health services for client.
ABOUT Full-Service Partnership (FSP)
Designed for adults ages 26-59 who have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness and would benefit from an intensive service program. The foundation of Full-Service Partnerships is doing “whatever it takes” to help individuals on their path to recovery and wellness. Full Service Partnerships embrace client driven services and supports with each client choosing services based on individual needs. Unique to FSP programs are a low staff to client ratio, crisis availability, and a team approach that is a partnership between mental health staff and clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
- Master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy or related field required.
- Must be a Registered Associate with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and be in good standing.
- CA Driver License to transport clients as needed.
- Spanish Speaking highly preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Experience providing therapy to children, families, and adults.
- Experience working with multi-ethnic/multi-racial communities.
- Experience working in a community-based organization.
- Experience with EXYM system and DMH paperwork preferred but not required.
- Organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft teams).
HYBRID REMOTE
Position is hybrid remote and requires telehealth and in-person appointments in the field and in the office, meeting with clients, prospects and community partners as needed. Employee must be available to work during office hours. Employees in crisis programs must be available to participate in the on-call rotation schedule as assigned.
