Who we are looking for:

The Growth Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in all growth marketing initiatives—from campaign management to alliance marketing, events, digital marketing, social media, reporting, lead gen, and any other responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnerships with alliance partners, including ensuring all content is up-to-date and contracts are fully executed on

  • Plan events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, shipping and managing all other logistics for the events.

  • Assist with designing, testing and evolving lead nurturing tactics.

  • Help with the development and execution of customer acquisition campaigns

  • Assist with management of content syndication schedule

  • Plan and manage partner webinars including scheduling, logistics, content creation and promotion

  • Manage CRM data, upload lead lists, report on marketing campaigns

  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to help build successful strategies

  • Create reports and present performance metrics to senior management.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to implement growth initiatives.

  • Assist with global branding initiatives.

  • Build content for user engagement and user growth.

  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

  • Manage social media platforms including both creating and sharing new content

  • Be willing to assist or own any and all marketing initiatives as assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager or VP of Marketing.


Experience and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in demand generation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors and freelancers.

  • Project management and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

  • Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools a plus
