MIS Help Desk at Sturdy Savings Bank – Cape May Court House, New Jersey

On-site position located in Cape May Court House

Under general supervision, in conformity with established policies and procedures, analyzes programming requirements and identifies conditions and criteria required to achieve desired results in IT processing equipment to meet departmental information needs. Assist in the maintenance of all assigned projects and daily functions of the MIS department.

Education, Skills and Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent and Microsoft, Comp TIA, or VMware certifications or experience in programming, information science or related area.Requires analytical ability to coordinate the computer support system, application programs and knowledge of systems parameters and user needs to resolve a variety of business problems through computer application.Knowledge of application scripting and some batch or Power Shell scripting.Working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems and Microsoft Office suite applications.Working knowledge of core data processing application.Working knowledge of computer system hardware and networking.General working knowledge of all banking areas.
