There are two open positions currently. One, that will begin with daytime training and is intended to transition into an Evening Educator role as our new evening program launches. The other, a full-time Day schedule Tuesday - Friday + every other Saturday.

Job Description
We're looking for experienced Cosmetologists and Licensed Cosmetology Instructors to inspire and educate our upcoming evening program. If you are not yet a licensed Educator, this position provides paid training and state requirements to become a licensed Instructor.

What You'll Do:

• Teach assigned classes under the supervision and guidance of the Education Coach & Cosmetology Educators
• Help students fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course content
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge in teaching field
• Maintain standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional position
• Grade and return student work in a timely manner
• Instruct students on proper sanitation methods and oversee sanitation efforts throughout the day
• Classroom management; ensure student compliance with school rules and regulations
• Must be solutions-based person who can handle classroom management situations
• Complete other assigned duties, as needed

Qualifications

• Must be available for an evening work schedule following daytime training period
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a Cosmetology setting
• Must hold active State of Nebraska Cosmetology license
• Leadership and role model capabilities and ability to hold others accountable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional school environment
