TruBlue of Frisco, Prosper, & Celina is hiring for an Assistant Home Service Technician (Handyman/Handywoman/Contractor).

Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Assistant Home Service Technician to join our team and help our customers live better at home. You’ll work alongside other Lead Technicians performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects—learning new skills along the way and pitching-in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks including:
- Minor carpentry (doors, trim, framing)
- Drywall repair and painting
- Basic plumbing (toilet installs, faucet replacement, leak fixes)
- Basic electrical (switch/outlet replacement, light fixture installs)
- Tile, flooring, and other general repairs
- Arrive on time, in uniform, carry tools, materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Help prepare work areas and clean up after jobs are completed
- Follow instructions and work safely at all times
- Provide great customer service on-site, representing the company in a professional manner
- Support other Technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and time spent on jobs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
- Some hands-on home repair experience with basic tools
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
