- Apply deep expertise in manufacturing accounting, including activity‑based costing and pricing margin analysis
- Ensure accurate product costing, inventory accounting, and margin analysis
- Partner with operations and leadership to support cost control and margin optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory reporting obligations across jurisdictions
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits; serve as the primary point of contact for auditors

- Manage Quebec‑related legal and regulatory matters in collaboration with business leaders
- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation
- Drive consistency and discipline in accounting practices across business units and geographies
- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and completeness of all financial data
- Lead the annual strategic budgeting process
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to support operational and growth needs
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to Business Unit Controllers and accounting teams
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance aligned with Integreon’s values
- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership on accounting matters and financial results
- CPA designation (or equivalent professional accounting designation)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience in international, multi‑entity accounting environments
- Proven expertise in manufacturing accounting, including costing and inventory
- Deep mastery of GAAP, general ledger, AP/AR, and financial statement preparation
- Experience leading audits and maintaining robust internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bilingual English and French (spoken and written). Knowledge of English is required for this position, as approximately 70% of professional communications, meetings, and written exchanges are conducted in English. The incumbent will regularly interact with managers, employees, and stakeholders based in the United States, for whom English is the working language.
- Experience in organizations with revenues in the $250M–$500M range
- Exposure to global or multinational operations
- Experience working closely with operations in manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of activity‑based costing and manufacturing cost structures
- Proven experience consolidating multi‑entity, international financials
