Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Junior Management Analyst to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is the CBP
• Responsible for project oversight and direction.
• Ensures compliance with Security standards, policies and best practices.
• Management of schedule, resources, budget. Manage complex tasks involving Information Technology Systems.
• Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in understanding business process needs and translating these needs into technical requirements.
• Provides expertise in change management and training support. Performs organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments.
• Provides expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.

Requirements:

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in an IT or Business Management field.
• Bachelor’s degree Required
• Must have strong communication skills.
