Yellowstone Dental, a family-focused, energetic dental practice, is growing! We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our fun, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do:

• Manage patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling
• Handle insurance posting, billing, and account aging
• Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and assisting patients
• Support office operations and help maintain smooth workflow
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexible and adaptable, ready to support a busy practice
• Outgoing and professional demeanor

• Wednesday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
