DEVELUP Worship Program (2027) at LCBC Church – Various Locations

DEVELUP is a 2-year leadership development program for young adults that provides practical ministry experience and cohort-based training in the areas of Campus Leadership, Worship, and Production for emerging leaders who desire to serve in a local church setting. DEVELUP staff members are challenged to expand their leadership capacity as they grow spiritually, professionally, and relationally.

This track is designed for gifted singers who are eager to grow as worship leaders and have a desire to serve in a local church setting. It provides practical training and ministry experience in Weekend Gatherings & Rehearsals, Student Ministry and Weekly Staff Meetings. Applications being accepted now through fall 2026 for the 2-year cohort beginning in May of 2027.
