4/2 Rotating Schedule

Position Summary:

CNAs provide routine daily care to assigned patients in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan.

Qualifications:

Current California CNA license

Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS)

Responsibilities:

Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.)

Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered

Ensures patient safety and comfort

Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients
