Nurtury is seeking a Professional Development Specialist to support and enhance the growth of our educators and program administrators. In this role, you’ll help implement training initiatives, ensure quality standards, and provide educational support to strengthen early childhood programs across our centers.

What You’ll Do:

Support and coach educators to meet professional development goalsOrganize Professional Development days, manage vendor communication, and assist with logisticsAssist with NAEYC accreditation and other quality improvement standardsMonitor educational progress for all center based educators and program administratorsAssist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff educational supportCollaborate with higher education institutions, state agencies, and community partnersProvide classroom support and maintain close communication with Program Directors

You:

Are knowledgeable about early education standards, quality measurement, and EEC/NAEYC regulationsHold a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of Early Childhood Education experienceAre Teacher or Lead Teacher certified through the Department of Early Education and CareAre flexible, collaborative, and willing to travel locally
