We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to work on a PRN (as-needed) basis, providing exceptional healthcare services to our 53 senior residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to senior residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

- Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and medication administration

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans

- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion

- Document all care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records

- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in senior or long-term care nursing preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work PRN hours as needed
