Job Description
I'm excited to share an amazing opportunity to join our team as a WFH Customer Service Representative at Wheeler Independent School District! This is a full-time remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home. Our office is located in Anadarko, OK 73005, but you can be based anywhere in the United States.
As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle a variety of inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our client base.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be patient, empathetic, and able to think on your feet. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
