About This Position
Are you a passionate Physical Therapy Clinic Director seeking a role in a fun, supportive, and dynamic outpatient setting? Earn a competitive base salary of up to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience.
As a Clinic Director, you’ll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings through our performance-based bonus program where you determine how much you earn. We also provide comprehensive, company-paid benefits, so you won’t see any deductions from your paycheck for your medical, life and disability insurance. Plus take advantage of our generous PTO policy, where you only work a total of 11 months out of the year, giving you more time to savor life’s moments.

What We're Looking For…
Skills and Knowledge:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Operations and leadership skills to develop team members for future opportunities.
· Excellent organizational and maximizing skills.
· Advanced computer skills to include MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Very proficient teaching EMR software systems
· Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education and Experience:
· Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
· Current state Physical Therapist license.
· Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development.
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
· Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
Work Environment:
· Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
· Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
· Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
